How we keep everyone safe onboard.

Captain's authority
The captain has full authority at all times and may end a charter immediately for unsafe behavior, bad weather, or illegal activity — with no refund in those cases.
Supervise children
Kids must stay under adult supervision at all times. Life jackets are onboard and worn when directed.
No smoking & care of the vessel
No smoking or vaping onboard (tobacco, nicotine, THC, e-cigs). Shoes off onboard, no red wine or staining foods on upholstery, no sharp objects near seats, and no trash in the water.
