We run private sport yacht charters there for up to 6 guests, with an air-conditioned cabin, a private restroom, and a USCG-licensed captain who knows exactly where the water is clearest that day.

Anchored in waist-deep water
We drop anchor on the shallow sandbar flats in the Crab Island area so everyone can stand, float, and swim in clear, calm water instead of fighting a current.
Your own boat, not a shared shuttle
Up to 6 guests, one charter per day. The yacht, the captain, and the music are yours — no strangers aboard and no fixed group schedule.
Shade, A/C, and a real restroom
Crab Island has no facilities and no shade. Ours does: an air-conditioned cabin, a bimini top, and a private enclosed restroom a few steps from the swim platform.
Paddle board and floats included
A paddle board, an 8′ Sunchill float, swim floats, goggles, a swim ladder, cold drinks, and light snacks all come with the trip.
Getting there
Two launch points, two very different boat rides
Where you launch changes how much time you spend anchored at the sandbar, so pick with your charter length in mind.
Fort Walton Landing
5–10 minutes by boat to the Crab Island area. The best pick if you're booking a 2 hour charter and want maximum sandbar time.
Cessna Landing
A 30–45 minute bay ride to the Crab Island area depending on conditions. A beautiful cruise, but plan on a 4 or 6 hour charter so the ride doesn't eat your day.
